Filings: UCC, Corporate, Apostille

All state-level UCC filings are submitted to the appropriate office the same day on which they are received; time permitting. County-level filings are submitted locally on the same day or next day basis and non-local filings are submitted according to your instructions. We provide a report with all UCC filings including the jurisdiction in which the UCC was filed as well as the filing date, file number, and debtor name.

Corporate filings (charter documents, amendments, etc.) are returned with a letter from the state and if requested, certified copy and/or a good standing certificate.

Apostilles are hand delivered to the Secretary of State’s office and retrieved upon completion, usually within 24 hours. We then will send them via courier of your choice.

We will submit your filings to the appropriate filing officer and advance all fees. We can accept filings through email, fax, or courier. If the filing gets rejected, we can work with you to resolve the issue and resubmit the documents with your permission. Upon completing the filing, we can also retrieve a certified copy and/or certificate of good standing. Documents are returned (and certifications if requested) by email, fax, or overnight courier per your instructions.
